Job Title: Technical Leader (NetSuite/Salesforce)
Location: Mount Vernon New York (some remote)
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
This role requires a candidate who has strong technical skills, a passion for delivering quality solutions, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering results.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a technical lead for NetSuite and Salesforce projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
2. Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop custom applications and integrations using NetSuite and Salesforce technologies.
3. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architecture diagrams that align with the company’s technology strategy.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance requirements.
5. Ensure that solutions are compliant with security and data protection standards.
6. Keep abreast of new features and capabilities of the NetSuite and Salesforce platforms and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to NetSuite and Salesforce solutions.
8. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of the codebase.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience with NetSuite and Salesforce platforms, including custom development, integrations, and customizations.
2. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex.
3. Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture, software development methodologies, and release management.
4. Experience with Agile software development methodologies and experience with Scrum framework.
5. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
