Title: Client Reporting & Account Servicing


Actively participate in all phases of the reporting process. Play a key role in idea/enhancement generation while challenging the conventional view constructively and respectfully to influence the direction of progress.
Support all aspects of the existing BAU environment
Foster cooperative environment and work with team meeting existing requirements while laying the foundation for future improvements
Run monthly and quarterly reports from various data sources to help assist in the reporting packages
Produce/Create key artifacts that are critical to the documentation and organization of the existing reporting process
Engage Client Service team to understand and consolidate data requests and new initiatives
Participate in analysis of our reporting platform for comparison to industry standards and best practice
Trouble shoot errors in existing platform and ad hoc requests
Day to Day liaison with EBS, data, investment teams & technology groups

Requirements / Skills
3+ years of recent experience in Asset Management (Buy Side) Reporting in a similar role
Proficiency with creating reporting packages and bringing together data from various sources in accurate and timely way
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Experience and comfort dealing directly with Clients, Investment Teams, and other senior stakeholders
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in team environment
Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to multi task and problem solve
Fair understanding of Fixed income portfolio characteristics and key reporting data points
Ability to use multiple sources to verity transaction details, holdings attributes, and other activity
Knowledge of a broad range of asset classes (Gov’t, Muni, Mortgage, Corporate, Loans)

Responsibilities of this role include help in the development of a comprehensive investment risk framework, the articulation and refinement of risk appetite principles, risk capture, risk limits and targets, as well as reporting both in terms of data-driven aggregation and top-down communication. This role is expected to participate in other activities around macro risk-mitigating strategies related to GAAP, statutory and economic balance sheets, as we seek the balance between risk and reward.
Key responsibilities include:
Continually challenge and ensure investment risk profile stays within agreed risk appetite through the establishment, review and monitoring of risk limits.
Develop and implement refinements to risk models for the investment portfolios
Review transactions that are presented to Investment Committee provide an overview of risks and mitigants
Review models and analytics in support of the various quarterly portfolio valuation and stress testing processes.  Document all the processes that are involved in stress testing the asset classes
Develop and produce standard reporting packages for management to review investment model results
Analyze and provide insight into trends and updates
Assist the broader Risk organization in ad hoc projects and analysis
Maintain an appropriate risk governance structure to ensure effective investment risk oversight, reporting and escalation of material risk events/issues to the appropriate parties.
5-7 years of experience in investment risk or asset management

Deep understanding of credit and structured products; additional illiquid asset experience is a plus
Solid finance/ analytical/quantitative background including experience with building investment risk models
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence to motivate others
Proven problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to analyze complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution
