Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of leadership experience in billing and payroll.
- Prior healthcare or ABA billing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, private insurance, and payroll compliance.
- Proficiency in billing/payroll systems such as CentralReach, ADP, or QuickBooks.
