When filling out form , please fill it out using your Marine Park address. Postage if free.  Mail it in as soon as possible, as the sooner the more people get registered, the sooner we as a community have a voice!

 

 

 

*If needed, the voter registration card for N.Y. State may be downloaded here in PDF format. When printing it out, it is advisable to print it double sided (page 2 on the opposite side of page 1), creating a "fold-over" for easy mailing.
